Elena Blanco was born June 20th 1932 in Kingsville, Texas. To Dionicio and Lucinda Blanco. Elena being the youngest 9 siblings. Starting with the oldest Pablo, Dionicio, Herlinda, Ruben, Carlos, Rafael, Adan and Wally. Who have all passed before her.

Elena was preceded in death by her parents and all her siblings, her husband Julian Villarreal, daughter Rosa Villarreal, son Julian Villarreal Jr. Elena is survived by her 8 children Nina Vargas, Noe Villarreal, Elena Villarreal, Maggie Villarreal, Christy Gonzalez, Gloria Rodelo, Daniel Villarreal, Jesse Villarreal, and 29 grandchildren and 55 great grandchildren.

Elena was in the Loving care of La Country Care Center in Othello Washington. She was 89 years young when she passed away on January 6th, 2022 she was surrounded by loved ones.

Elena had a bright and infectious smile. She was friendly and warm with both family and strangers alike. She knew just what to say at the most unexpected times to draw a smile. She was full of love, compassion and forgiveness. She was blessed beyond our comprehension and had a talent to attract children to her side, as though she didn't already have enough.

Elena a faithful servant, loved the Lord and was always giving of her time and talents, a member of the guadalupana groups at Saint Patrick's in Pasco and here at Sacred Heart Church. Elena was devoted to her family and friends near and far, loved all her grandchildren and great grandchildren with all her heart.

Mom a beacon of light in our daily life's, who's call was to carry a banner of wife, motherhood and self-giving love with a heart open to all. I could say she did that all with a smile.
