Rodolfo E Mendez joined our Heavenly Father on January 14, 2022, peacefully. Rodolfo was also known as Rudy Mendez. Rudy was born on November 26, 1935, to Alfredo Mendez and Eugenia Estrada in Devine TX, Rudy met and married Adelina Gutierrez in Texas in 1956, where Rudy worked as a milkman. Rudy and Adelina Mendez had 3 children, Esmeralda, Rudy, and Ernie in Texas, they moved to Greeley Colorado in October of 1960, where Rudy worked as a Farmworker, and then they had one more son Arthur. From 1965 to 1968 Rudy and his family migrated to Othello WA, and in 1968 Rudy and his family moved and resided in Othello. Rudy then worked at Chef Reddy/McCains foods for 35-36 years as a lead mechanic. Rudy retired in 2000. Rudy started volunteering at the Othello food bank and helping friends and neighbors with home maintenance. Rudy was kind, loving, helpful, outgoing, funny, Rudy wouldn't say no to help anyone. He also enjoyed working and restoring his 1950 chevy truck.

He was survived by his wife Adelina Mendez

Daughter and sons: Esmeralda (David) Cantu, Rudolfo (Diana) Mendez, Ernesto (Joann) Mendez, and Athur (Julia) Mendez

Grandchildren: David, Melissa, Samuel, Christina, Melanie, Dj, Jasmin, Rudy jr, Stephanie, Ernie, Jerry, Joseph, Jake Jr, LaDonna, and Quincy.
